BRICK BY BRICK THERAPY
Brick by Brick Therapy has been proven to be an effective way to support children in developing their communication and social skills, improving their social interaction, whilst giving them skills to sustain lasting friendships and reach their full potential.
The children will build and create by communicating and working as a team. Visual aids are used to encourage children who find using their own voice difficult. This allows all the team to have a chance to problem solve and their thoughts to be heard.
Using LEGO bricks and sets, each week the children will be given tasks and assigned a defined and interactive role within the group.
Brick by Brick Therapy also supports the development of fine motor skills, creativity, perseverance, management of frustrations and task development without a fear of failing.
This course runs for 6 weeks at a time and it is suitable for children, aged 5-16 years. All Therapy is delivered by trained Brick therapy facilitators in conjunction with Play Included
